Ugh, I'm stuffed with corned beef & cabbage!
I'm not looking forward to weigh-in tomorrow :( I've had 3 corned beef & cabbage servings in the past 2 days. Since it takes beef longer to digest than other meats, I don't think the scale is going to give me positive feedback.
On the other hand, I did some extra walking today, so maybe, just maybe I won't be too disappointed.
Tomorrow I'm having fish for lunch, so that should help for the next weigh-in ;)

Look, you know what's up. You know what to expect. No need to be disappointed. It'll be what'll be. The only thing the scale tells you is your relationship to gravity.

LOL - maelynpeacock - relationship to gravity! great! I agree, the scale is a one dimensional measure of your progress!

Well, it is. Look up the formula for calculating weight and you find gravity right there. It's our relationship to gravity but you would think it was the key to happiness which is something that comes from within. Losing weight isn't going to "fix" us; it is going to strip away a barrier between us, the world and ourselves.

I had some great results with corned beef and cabbage ... but had to drink a lot of water to counteract the sodium factor!
