I noticed slight weight gain due to intake of sodium content & poor choice 😢 of foods. must be conscience of salt & fat contents of food especially sodium.
63.6 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
