Hey everyone! I've been plagued with physical and mental illness and more family bereavement...I've been taking some time trying to figure it all out ...all my routines have been out the window BUT yesterday I felt half normal 😂 and got 6hrs sleep last night woohoo so this week is all about concentrating on sleep, meditation, routine and diet. I've basically turned my back on the doctors and stocked up on mushroom complex, vitamins, herbs, spices and fruit&veg...and I'm feeling better already...Next week il be back at the gym too and back on here full time and able to catch up with u all...js wanted to let u know I'm alive 😂 and lurking in the background, much love all 🙏❤️

Ah Booty............I don't think we can ever figure it all out. Too many variables in life. But keeping your own head above water is the best place to start. Big loves to you too!
