Day 1 of A Masson's diet challenge (details below)
1200 calories per day (not including most veggies - i refuse to count calories for lettuce) 64 ounces of water every day no soda (if possible) no alcohol (if possible) 3 miles walked/run every day no carbs at breakfast or lunch
I'm going to break it down like this:
300 calories for breakfast 300 calories for lunch 400 calories for dinner 2 - 100 calorie snacks
I wasn't exactly a purist at breakfast since I hadn't gone to the store in advance, but not too bad. And though my calories were higher, I was not hungry and there was no snack between breakfast and lunch.
Now, to run or not before lunch?
And I know I was completely off base with dinner as far as the low carb diet goes, but we had the leftovers in the refrigerator and I couldn't see wasting them.
