Today was definitely not a good day as far as food intake...but did have a very active day. Went to a discovery park and walked and interacted with things for 6 hours...so definitely got my exercise in but did not eat great. I am not discouraged though! Tomorrow I will jump back on that healthy food train and then Monday comes my first weigh in! Im pretty excited about that..ive been tempted to hop on the scale but want to wait a full week. Every Monday I will do a weigh in and take new pictures to document my journey.
