Day 9 of no energy drinks. It isn't that bad. I started with coffee and 2 servings of creamer, then cut down to 1 serving day 4. Now, I am just doing coffee with almond milk. It isn't tasty but it does get me some caffeine. I have only gotten one headache so far and my caffeine has been cut from 240mg to 60mg daily. So, I am happy about that.
