Cardio day today. Walking (60 minutes) followed by shadow boxing (35 minutes). Tomorrow I have to go clothes shopping for an upcoming conference. Last time I went I got really frustrated how how everything fit. Hopefully being 30lbs lighter will help thing a bit.
