today was an awesome day! I went to the gym again today...4 days in a row :) and did over and hour of cardio and weights combined. My arms and legs are still feeling the burn. Came home and made garlic lemon chicken tenders and broccoli. I was very satisfied with dinner which is surprising because I LOVE potatoes and meals usually don't feel complete with out them! Tomorrows exercise will be laps in the pool with my daughter :)
also I did my very first pull up ever in my life today :) yes it was with help from weights but I did it!!!
