Wow. It's been about two weeks since I've been on here. Life got a bit exciting, I guess. I'm not very good at balancing things. It hasn't been a good two weeks in the way of my diet.... I've been drinking a lot. Today is the start of a new week and I've started it well... I went for a quick ride and then a swim. My favorite exercises! I will be sure to work my abs today with some pilates and see if I can't talk the hubby into an evening stroll or some frisbee. Hmmm...
