I behaved sooooo badly this weekend! Main culprit: alcohol. I won't be drinking that much again for a while...I couldn't even really remember everything to log it! Wow.
Well, its a new day, and time to get back at it. Working a 2nd shift this week at work which throws me off a litle bit as far as meal times, but I think I'll be able to make it work.
I'm stressing...a lot. Its just one of those time where so much is going on in life. I found a house that I love and put in an offer on it yesterday. TOTALLY wiggin me out! I know myself well enough to know that in the past, I would over-eat when stressed and smoke a lot of cigarettes. I think I will be able to stay the course this time...praying hard.
