this is basically my eating schedule most days and somehow its been working for me.

Great schedule! You must be a morning person. Lol I’m usually good with coffee so I’m 3-8 pm. You don’t have trouble sleeping?

Thanks buenitabishop 💕💕🙏🏼 APhoebe, no I sleep like a baby. When I can find time for it. Unless of course I over caffeinate 😂 which I do-do sometimes. I've been at it a few months now though and am just figuring out the time frame that works for me. Almost seems the longer I go the easier it gets.
