80.8kg, 100cm waist
I hope this isn’t a joke?! 🤩🤩
This week I started recording CICO again & making sure I move my body 30 min a day, every day
80.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
