Well, down .2, I’ll take it! Today goin* to try VERY HARD to add some exercise! I must figure out how to live an active life even with the aches and pains I have! Gonna’ move this fat arse for at least :30 min today. Wish me luck! 💕🙏🏻💕

Good luck! I do some stretching if I don’t feel like working out so maybe try to stretch and as you get into it, as some light exercise?
