I stopped smoking a week ago and I totally expected that I would see an increase on the scale as a result. However, I have managed to keep losing which makes me very happy. Keeping busy plays a large role in this I'm sure...between work and school I don't have a lot of time to snack.
I need to start exercising but I don't know what to do or when. The honest truth of it is that I have no excuses. There is a gym available to me at work that I don't even have to pay for...its just a matter or MAKING myself do it.

Good for you on the quitting smoking!

Well done on the quitting the cigs. My husband and I quit last August and we certainly feel better for it. My diet took a back seat around Christmas time as I had a blast with all the new "improved" flavours. Everything tastes better than it did before and since quitting I gained all that I lost last time. No problem though, without a cig craving in my head, onwards and erm downwards (weight) and good luck to you sticking to the diet aswell as quitting. It is bad enough to nip 1 in the bud.
