Pake timbangan khusus, biasanya yg suka ada di gym, timbangan yg bisa hitung kadar air, masa otot, lemak, dll... memang ga ada yg akurat 100%, tp paling gak jadi tahu aja komposisi tubuh sekian-sekian..
