I love to workout and workout 30 mins a day atleast running or the elliptical trainer, but the diet is out of boredom and being absolutely not motivated. I have work, home, and bills so food is my pleasure. I live in a neighborhood where shopping is not even an option as an outlet because the selection is so horrible. I have gained so much weight it is horrible.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
