Back to tracking macros and 18 hr fast and it feels pretty good to know those numbers are coming down again. I'm eager to see long term results.
I'm currently in a 2XL, my goal is a Medium by March. I know it's not realistic. Not in the slightest, but if I aim to overshoot reality and have everything stacked against me, I will work that much harder to achieve what I've been told is impossible.
