Its Flex Friday and nobody has posted any pics to motivate me to keep pushing harder so I guess I will go ahead and do my first flex Friday post. Dude your legs are literally goals. Lots of detail because ur muscular and lean. Just getting bigger isn't impressive if you add a bunch of fat with the muscle. It's like girls thinking skinnier is better. Nah, if you get so thin you lose your tits and ass, you look unhealthy and infertile and only other freaks like that. Lean legs beat big thick ones any day. If I wanted my man to have thighs thicker than mine, I'd be a lesbian.

HCB thanks those super low "poop squats" are a new addition but they are definitely effective and I'm feeling it today. Your kayak photos are awesome btw you deffintly go to some pretty cool spots.

little_mermee thanks agreed aesthetics are nice but just being able to put all the muscle gains and fat losses into action through sports is amazing. My first Ride on my mountain bike this year after dropping about 38 pounds at that point had me feeling like was riding a rocket ship. And with the gains my pedal power and stamina is through the roof. I'm juts so incredibly happy with all the new healthy life choices I've put into place.
