I had lost more weight but I had to get rid of the app because I wasn't eating at all some days and lost a lot of weight too fast. so I'm starting calorie counting again without being obsessive this time.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
