Well last night was hard for me, I went to bed so hungry lol but I know that its all for the better. I just have to get my body use to not eating as much as I was and staying right. And well it snowed last night but I am still going to do my 20-30 mins of walking with my lovely supportive fiancé. He is truly amazing when it comes to this whole thing. We will be outside together freezing but im going to be burning my calories and that's all that matters. : ) I hope that I can stick with this...
