Week 4 day 4 ( Pure cardio)

Well, this has been an interesting recovery week. I have pretty much stayed away from the weight and just did some semi light cardio.

The whole low-ER carbs are as they say going. I am going to try and stick to 100g today. So far so good but buts only 3pm......we well see.

Working on these thunder thighs.... I need them to go away...man...

Good for you!! I have the worst time with carbs. I am always very, very high on those, but I don't know how to cut them out. I know if I went on diet and didn't eat at least some of the carb-y foods I love I'd fail miserably. Sounds like you're doing well. Keep up the good work!! Are really skinny thighs called lightning thighs? If so, you'll have them soon, I'm sure.

Thanks no chub....No more hating on the body. People are starting to notice so i guess that is good although I am still either sitting in this dang 183 or its more...... @mars....Oh Lord knows I am trying to keep the carbs low, but its something you have to be seriously conscious of them. Like today I had coffee and the sugar ...carbs or bbq sauce. are you serious? it's crazy but all I can do it try. Exactly, I love my carbs and will never forsake them completely. I am just cutting back and when I WANT something amazing I am going to eat it and just curb the following day (not sure how that is going to work but we will see. I know if I don't at least maintain some semblance of normalcy this is not going to work....and honestly its not the working out because I love to sweat I just don't love the other part. And either way, if i do eat some yummy goodness, I am going to still try and stay under my calories.

Thanks Shae...Lord knows I am trying....Congrats on the new new new lowest number.....I just want to get out the 180's....
