Hello
I found this app after being with MyFitnessPal for quite awhile.
I actually started at 335 and have lost 17 lbs.
I’m also on the pacer app and have worked my steps up to 3500 a day.
I have struggled with my weight my whole life.
Year before last I lost 75 lbs. I then told a driving job where I sat all day and food was plenty. Fast food , convenient stores. I nearly gained all of the weight back. I’ve stopped working that job and am now working on getting a CDL so I can drive a school bus.
So now I’m home cooking again and eating healthy/ walking and doing a low impact arobics video twice a week

I’m looking forward to this journey once again.
I have 123 lbs to lose to reach my goal.

Sounds like you have a great strategy! I used to use MFP too, but I like FS better. I found it really difficult in MFP to find things in the database. So many duplicate entries and so many inaccurate. And if I didn't eat a favorite food for a few days, it fell off the recents list and I often had trouble finding it again. I also like the community better here 😊

Thank you ! I agree there is a awesome community here! I’m still navigating around but I’ll get it. I am still on mfp but they took away the scanner and that really bummed me out they put it for premium users
