Wonderslim Diet Day 2- Day one of my Wonderslim diet in the bag. I am actually surprised. I figure this first week will be the hardest and was dreading feeling like I was starving, but I can happily report that was not the case for yesterday. Because I was trying to eat every 2 hours I felt like I was eating all of the time. However, I did feel a huge drain in energy. (Which I also expected) I went to bed very early, which has gotten me 9 hours of sleep to run on for today. I'm sure I will be tired again, as I am working on a very physically exerting job out in the heat. Wish me luck on my day 2 💜
68.9 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
