Week 4 Day 3 ( Hip Hop Abs Cardio Party)
Sooo I went way off the carb thing today. I had a cupcake, but it was soooooooo good.
I did not some hip hops abs and that was pretty fun. I miss my weight training is that crazy. I will be back on the low-ER carbs tomorrow.
On Wednesday, I have two shows and the people drive me crazy....a cupcake was needed.
