Today I'm trying to decide how much more weight to lose. I'm currently unhappy with the way I look. How things change when we lose our lifelong companion. It's so different being single after 40 years... Anyway, I did a few calculations on body fat and so on, and just wanted to post them here so I don't forget. I took the following measurements: weight 143 waist 30 wrist 5.75 hips 39 forearm 8.75. This gives me a current body fat % of 26.66%. This puts me in acceptable range, but not fit range. I think I'd like to lose at least 10 more lbs, so will reset my goal today.
