My daughter just let me know that she's making creme brulee tonight. I told her to "only" send me two. I've already planned my menu for the whole week, working in one HALF of a 5-oz ramekin each day for four days. I haven't actually had a "dessert" since the last time she made it! I've only been eating fruit. I'm really looking forward to that luxurious taste; and I'm thankful that I can do whatever I want to on my own diet plan. Each day that I'm eating the half portion, my calories will still be under 1,550.
