Vacation?! Only for the next 5 days but still vacation! Flying to North Carolina to see family. . a little worried about food. No low carb followers there. They even put brown sugar in their meat. If no salad(the low carb kind:) is available I may have to bring my own. Hopefully I wont hurt anyones feelings. I am down 3 inches on my waist since 5 weeks ago. Yay! But I'll be out of my comfort zone. Definetly going to be a challenge. I do better with routine.
I am at the point now that I have been to before....when everyone is saying how great I look and how are you doing it. I feel so much better but when I look in the mirror I see so much work to do lol. Then for whatever reason (I can make up alot of excuses to go back to my old WOE) stress, too expensive, dont have time. I just stop doing what I know works. I have not been below 170 in 5 years and then only for a few months. Scales said 174.0 this a.m. So close. I have to keep telling myself this is not a diet, not a diet, not a diet! This is your WOE. Whew! I think my vacation is stressing me out! lol Well off to the airport. Wish me luck!
