@ThandoMK I would not mind at all!🙏🏾🌻 Update: I am going to go back to my home exercises now… I want to work on my fitness levels…get into healthy habits. I enjoy group exercises and Step aerobics is my favourite, I just download 30 min exercises on Youtube or go for a 1hr walk…

@Sthesh - Thank you🙏🏾🌻 @Ladybug#1 Yes I am on low carb/keto and also Intermittent fasting… 2 meals a day or 1 depending on how I feel. @MamaKaAlu I don’t have loose skin at all… This is my second time losing such drastic weight. 2013 after giving birth to my daughter I was 125.8kg and lost weight up until I was 75kgs through gym and banting as well but I was a gym fanatic then… no loose skin whatsoever. FYI - I only started dieting 3 yrs after my pregnancy… I only gained back the weight because I stopped exercising that is why this time I did not want to lose weight through mad exercises I wanted a lifestyle change and clearly it worked because we are what we eat!!!
