Iam one week into my new P90X program and I have never been more sore in my entire life! My arms and back are the worst it's those damn push ups!

Today was my weigh in day and my weight had not really changed! I have been doing P90X 6 days per week and no real weight loss all I could think was why bother...I was so very disapointed!

Then I took my measurements I lost 1 inch on my hips, 1 inch on my shoulders, and 3 inches on my waist!! I'm not really sure how its possible to not really lose much weight and lose so much in inches but I am thrilled! I don't really care about my actual weight as much as inches!

So now I'm in week two of P90X and I am even more motivated and excited to see what next week brings! I plan to follow my diet 100% this week and see if that makes a difference I went over my calories twice last week.

I'm so glad you measured, I try not not to get discouraged when the scale doesn't move cuz i know clothes fit better now and there is definition where there wasn't any before. Good luck!
