Feeling pretty down on myself these last couple of days. I am still fat...I thought I might look a LITTLE less fat by now, but I don't. I feel like a fat cow. Will power SUCKS too! I didn't go to the gym today but I think that I honestly was way to exhausted to. I was mad at everyone. Taking it easiER today, at least trying. I need to feel better about myself...

Try not to be discouraged. You're doing great! It's only been 1 month. Just remember that you didn't gain the weight overnight, so it's going to take TIME. I'll bet in another month you'll feel better. Just know that you're in this for the long haul. I know that's easier said than done, but it's a lifestyle change, and the effects will start to show themselves soon.

I know several people who lost 80 or more pounds just by watching what they ate. I don't go to the gym - I have lost 5 pounds in 3 months - talk about slow! But I am sticking with it because I fell the same way you do: I want to weigh less and feel better about myself over my weight. Hang in there!
