boleh tau takaran chiaseed dan susunya kak? bs gak ya dicampur oat?

@mia nasila saya pakai 1 Sdm makan chia seed tambah + 5 Sdm susu kalau kurang bisa di tambah sampai dia kental gak encer. Kalau campur oat juga bisa kak Chia seed + Oat biasanya aku pakai air hangat.
