You look great!!! and you are so right, it really is a decision to just do it and stick to it, knowing it will be hard… that way one is not surprised when the difficult times hit… it is then just another obstacle challenge to overcome… great stuff and well done, I am encouraged and definitely motivated by you!!!💪🏽👌🏽

I changed my eating habits tremendously. I used to be a grazer and also I used to eat whenever, without any structure to meal times/ water intake. Nowdays I focus on high volume meals 80% of the time and then I eat whatever I like the other 20%. I found that this is what works best for my body. I also started intermittent fasting and moving my body in any way for at least 15 mins everyday. Home workout are super convenient personally, Emi Wong has the most practical workouts depending on how I’m feeling. Also, Alcohol was a huge hindrance so I keep my drinking to the weekends usually only one day during the weekend🌸

thank you so much for mentioning EMI Wong. just had a look at some of her videos and these are definitely workouts I can get into. I am really struggling to stay on track of my eating at the moment and haven't really gotten into the exercise at all.... you have inspired me

I’m so happy you checked her out, switch it up, do what feels right on the day. You are super valid in how you’re feeling. Just take it a day at a time, I think it’s just important to start and keep restarting as you see fit. I hope you feel encouraged that you can do this because progress is not linear, it looks different on different days and that’s OK...Take care 💚
