Of all my diet and weight loss attempts this is the longest I’ve been consistent and most progress I have seen. The difference this time is that I eased into it and don’t force myself to do anything I don’t want to do. I don’t force myself to work out if I’m tired, I eat all my favourite food as long as it fits into my RDI and most important, if I slip up at any point during the day it’s not a train smash, just snap back and keep going instead of giving up. At this point it’s not a diet anymore
