I'm 18.5 pounds down in 9 weeks. A little over 2 pounds a week. That will really add up in a year. My mood is very positive about seeing that scale move downward so consistently!
What I'm doing: Metformin for prediabetes. I am not getting diabetes. That's the goal. 100 carbs or less a day. 1500 calories or less a day (that's to control the portions of food I eat.) That is easy to stick to, especially with Lewis Bake Shop Hawaiian Keto Bread!
My exercise plan needs to happen, and then that scale might even move a litte faster.
