@endang noviyani ga pernah skip sarapan jam 7-8 (jus buah / blender oat+susulowfat+buah) makan siang jam 12-1 nasi/oat 4sdm malam abis ngegym makan oatmeal, energen, kadang buah, atau protein ga pake karbo lg. Minum air 2-3ltr perhari

Skrg lg nyobain IF tp selalu gagal karna kalo siang dah laper 🤣

@tk.atika cobainnya yg 16:8 dulu kak, awal aku coba sarapan jam 9 pagi terakhir makan jam 5 sore, kalo sorenya makannya sedikit, jam 7-8 malem suka laper minum air deh yang banyak🤭
