Gym done am feeling happy with the workout and guilty about the food.. I have come to the conclusion I wasn't happy about not being able to go to the gym and spa for three days so I ate my feelings 😣 however gunna get some antibiotics and commence with slimfast as soon as I wake up for breakkie 😁
