Did just over 2 miles. Had a bad day & couldn't get to the gym which is my preferred method of destressing & sadly won't be able to get there tomorrow either. Having my youngests birthday party.. 20ish teens in the pool. God be with me & grant me the strength 🙏🏼 I was smart enough to limit it to 3 hours, but the likelihood of them all leaving on time isn't real high though.
