Good job. I found that a fast between dinner and breakfast is very helpful to me. If I have dinner at 6pm I don’t eat again until 10 am the next day. I only take in water/ coffee during the daily fast. Usually eating at breakfast so late it turns into lunch much of the time. I make sure I get enough calories to get me through till dinner time at 6 pm. It works for me.

Thanks Marcos. I think that is my only issue is that in those eating hours I'm not eating enough or enough of the right things.. I'm learning.
