I have not been recording my intake consecutively and I haven't been eating the best foods for me. I took on a second job and it has been hard to maintain a healthy diet because I often be too tired to prepare my own meals now. I thought the gain was going to be worse than what it is. I thank God that it isn't. I have to find a way to prepare my own meals again. Working all day and DJing almost all night is taking a toll on my diet but bills have to be paid.
