99 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 21 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wah, semangat kak... Kak jangan timbang terlalu sering, kalau bisa minimal seminggu sekali itupun pagi, bangun tidur saat perut keadaan kosong ya, belum makan/minum, setelah BAK/BAB, baru timbang... Jarak hari timbang yg deket bisa bikin kakak stress dan bikin dietnya jadi tertekan dan nggak santai, berpacu sama angka di timbangan, yg penting kakak tetep defisit kalori dan olahraga ☺ semangat yaaa
