Sleep. As I’m exercising more, I’m finding myself needing to take midday naps. I researched (on dr. Goggle) and apparently it’s normal to need more sleep as we’re putting our bodies through more strain. Our muscles are broken down in the gym (for lack of a better term) and are actually restored and built back while we sleep.
