May's weight loss is about 3 pounds...hope June is better, although if I have to stick with 3 pounds a month I'll take it!

Good for you! Are you eating all of that meat in one sitting, though? Spreading it out through the day should speed up your weight loss a bit because it will keep your metabolism (not to mention blood sugar) more level.

Usually I split it up between 2 sittings, (we're usually up til 4am) I eat half and reheat the other half of my dinner later on. BUT YES, I have to cut down on the meat a little. I'm also smack in the middle of TOM, so I'm hoping a few more pounds come off in the next couple days. But this month I'm going to try to eat more chicken and smaller portions of red meat. Thanks for the advice! :)

I don't think you really need to cut down on it - your overall numbers are fine. They may be a little on the high end, but I can get 75-140 or so g of protein a day, and I think you're around 110 or so most days? So the amount should be fine. If you switch to chicken you'll have to add olive oil or butter to keep your fat high since that's often a leaner cut of meat. Unless you're going for drumsticks and thighs, haha! Good luck. :)
