I have had a life long struggle with weight. Society makes women feel as if they are worthless if their bodies are not consumable in some way shape and form.
If you aren’t thin enough….. pretty enough…. Smart enough… you are worthless.

I have lived under this shame my entire life, and I ate my feelings.

I’ve decided to take back my soul, my agency, my POWER, my worth, one pound at a time.

I am enough.
