Good Morning Journal. I have made a change starting today. It is going to be a long and hard journey but I know I can do it. Today is Day 1 of the cleanse. I am feeling okay so far. I’m not feeling hungry at all, but it is only 1045. The past couple of months I have not cared about a diet, eating healthy or drinking water. I have been afraid to step on the scale in over 2 months. It is crazy how I can just fall of the wagon like this. Hyper/hypothyroid or not I can still do better! Water, Water, Water, I have to drink my water! It has been over 5 days since I drank an entire cup of water. That is so bad! I can’t wait for my skin to feel and look better. My face looks a mess. No more SODAS!
Lord I am praying I can just make it to Day 4! It should be smooth sailing and all downhill after the first couple of days.
MY GOALS:
1. After cleanse I would like to go RAW. If not all the way RAW maybe a little (cooked) fish included.
2. Get back to exercising 6 days a week. 3 days Cardio, 3 days light weight training. Off on Sundays.
3. Stop worrying about what the scale says! Just get back into those jeans!
4. Eat to survive, stop being a pig, and eat what God has provided for man to eat.
5. Get on FatSecret everyday!
That’s it. I can do this!
