I decided to save up calories today because I am going out to eat tonight. So, I am only eating a salad for lunch. I couldn't figure out what to eat this morning before I left for work, so I just ate a packet of oatmeal when I got here. I was in such a hurry that I left my morning snack at home! I'm so sluggish and tired right now. I can't wait to eat lunch. I am trying to be very careful because I know that if your body thinks it is starving, your metabolism slows down... and I already have enough of that!!

I know you're trying to keep your calorie intake at a minimum but make sure you eat evenly throughout the day. About ever 4 hours. Try to fill up on veggies at dinner. Eat like a prince in the morning, a popper at lunch and a peasant at dinner! Keep up the good work!

That's cute! I do usually try to eat small snacks every two hours. I know it is bad when you let your body go hungry. Now, I am trying to up it to 1500 calories a day, but for some reason I am finding it kind of tough! I got used to 1200 and my tummy shrank, so it is hard to eat more.
