This eating no-to-low added sugar thing is fairly easy so far. A number of foods have hidden added sugars (such as bread and spaghetti sauce), so I am limiting my intake and compt avoiding foods that have KNOWN added sugars (i.e. cookies, ice cream, cheesecake, etc.). In their place, I am eating whole fruits whenever I feel the need for something sweet.

My weight has plateaued, which is to be expected, and I haven’t worked hard enough to drink enough water, so I must fix that.
