Hmmm, the weekend was a bit of a blow out.
Socialising is a killer! I had a few rum and cokes, some potato crisps, cheese and biscuits. I felt like a naughty kid, but god it was good. :)

Anyhow, I still managed to lose those indulgent calories by mowing the lawn for just over an hour in 37ºC (99ºF).

The weight lose so far has proven to be ok with me. I'm happy with the progress. If I can have these little breakouts on the weekends I'll be a happy chappy.

Good luck everyone and enjoy your weight loss. Don't think of it as a chore or a burden. The end result will all be worth it.
