So my second day of keeping on my calorie intake and trying to eat less carbs. I have to say it's a lot more difficult to count calories and try to reduce the number of carbs you are taking in. Except for a mishap with calories in my chicken breast things went well and I feel much better than I have lately just counting calories.
I really want to hit my goal in the next 2 weeks!

It's almost impossible to do both, low carb is usually high in calories! I find much more success in eating low carb, I just eat food high in protein to keep me full for longer.

Yea, I cannot go extreme low carb...one time I didn't break 100g and that was by fluke. Good luck and great job! I hope you have a great week!

Yeah, counting carbs AND calories sounds tricky, though I myself keep track of fat grams, net carb grams AND protein grams. Of course it comes out to be roughly the same number of calories each day, but I don't count them specifically. I find low carb to be very comfortable as well so I hope it continues to work for you!
