amazing! supplements wont tone you as much as beginning weight/resistance training. supplements only add to what yau are already doing. Because of beta thalassemia, i take b vitamin complex with folic acid and vit c. i noticed a tremendous difference in my mental physical emotional energy.

Exrx.net and Muscleandstrength.com. Better organized than searching YouTube. I get the muscleandstrength newsletter and have not received junk.
