Seems like ever since I joined the challenge to exercise for 20 minutes everyday, I have not been exercising. I had thought, Oh easy! I already do this. Not sure what has stopped me. I am very happy with my loss so far. I know that it is a combination of eating right and exercise. I guess I am getting a little lazy. Time to put a stop to that! Really need to keep the exercise happening!!
